What are Strepsils Honey and Lemon Lozenges?
Strepsils Honey and Lemon Lozenges work by giving fast relief of symptoms of sore throats. The soothing honey and lemon get to work on the pain of a sore throat. Two antiseptic ingredients work together to kill the bacteria that cause mouth and throat infections.

What are the active ingredients in Strepsils Honey and Lemon Lozenges and what do they do?
Strepsils lozenges active ingredients are Amylmetacresol and Dichlorobenzyl, which are both antiseptics.
These mild antiseptics kill bacteria associated with mouth and throat infections. When the lozenge is sucked it allows the active ingredients to coat the affected area. This helps to lubricate scratchy throats and soothe the pain.
